Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I’ve had my Kitty Spout for a week and I have been very impressed with it. The quality, quietness and cleanliness of the product impress me. Only negative to note is I was not aware I needed to wait for it as long as I did, being told it was a “pre-order”. With all the marketing material hitting my inbox, it could have been mentioned far sooner.

Quiet, clean, classy and kitty loves it. Very comfortable around it and drinking plenty! The quietest fountain I have ever had. I had been looking for a wireless fountain so I could relocate water to another room as our existing fountain was so loud and disruptive. This fountain was so quiet that we were able to keep it in the current location plugged in permanently to deliver a constant flow. It is great that we have the option to move it at a later stage to an area that may not have a power point nearby.
Filter change, assembly and cleaning is so simple. Even the pump seems to be easier to clean than other water fountain pumps I have had. I love the extra features such as the water level indicator, filter change alert and automatic pump shut off when water is too low.
